All ingredients not grown in Mia's garden are sourced from Canadian distributors and she only buys wild or organically grown herbs and roots.
A healthy heart is essential to so many aspects of being a healthy human! In todays fast paced world, getting sufficient exercise, eating a healthy, nutritious diet, mitigating stress, coping with generational trauma... can be completely exhausting! It's no longer a secret that our store-bought food is lacking in nutritional value and full of toxins of all kinds. Adding smoking, drinking alcohol and eating 'fast-food' to that rounds out the recipe for heart troubles! There are many things we can do to maintain a healthy heart, but are we actually doing those things?!
Use one tablespoon to a mug of hot water. Steep 5-10 minutes. Add a touch of honey if you need. Enjoy.

Orders may be picked up either in Victoria BC, or Sooke (Contact us for pickup in Sooke). Option available at checkout.
