Eyesight is one of  those things that most take for granted until we have issues with it. Historically people simply heightened other senses to make up for failing eyesight. Modern society requires good vision for almost everything, including reading the microscopic print for ingredients on labels.

Typically all modern search results will quickly inform that vision loss can not be corrected once it has occurred. What we can do is choose to eat a healthy diet rich in leafy greens and fish Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamins C, E, zinc oxide, lutein and zeaxanthin, as well as get outside into sunlight and exercise regularly. Preventative measures include limiting time looking at flat display screens and any 'blue' light sources. Wear protective eye gear if there is any danger to your eyes with what you're about to do! 'Accidents' happen in an instant and when it comes to eyesight the end results are often not what we desired! As always, natural methods require time and consistency to manifest effect. Regular eye checkup's to determine where you're at are a good idea as well. 

One tablespoon tea to a mug. Pour over hot water (196 F), steep ten to fifteen minutes. Drink one to two cups daily for regular maintenence.
